Above all I am someone who is passionate about helping people!

This enthusiasm for supporting individuals started early on in my career working for John Lewis in London and continues to be an important value that I have today.

I am corporately trained in Recruitment with over 20 years experience in the industry! During those years I have been working mainly in Engineering / Manufacturing, Logistics & Supply Chain sectors.

Running teams used to be my thing but now I work much closer to candidates and clients which I love!

I find people for roles in back office functions, right through to Senior management roles.

I am a mum of three, 2 boys and a daughter, oh and a beagle Lola, so I am kept on my toes in my spare time!!

My purpose has always been to help people improve & and I have a keenness to work with positive people who are keen to improve! The importance of this has been reinforced even more to me since we started K&D Recruitment in 2020 and continues to motivate me today!!

Hired directly by Kelly in 2007!! I have worked in a number of great industries since.

In recent years I have worked mainly in Logistics & Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Engineering.

Working with Clients or Candidates my goal has always been a simple one, help job seekers continue to develop their career or find the best talent that makes companies better.

In my spare time I have a passion for personal development and pushing myself outside my comfort zone "always keen to learn something new!!"
